With all our IPT Fitness Personal Training programmes, we will complete baseline and biweekly Fit3D scans to measure muscle mass, body fat percentage, and posture.  Following numerous strength and fitness tests, we then develop an individualised strength training programme to build on your weaknesses (and further build your strengths!).

Rugby Fit clients typically attend 1-2 personal Training sessions per week, and then complete a programme we prescribe them either at home or in a local gym.
