New Class – Over 50’s Strength Training
Now we are reaching full capacity for personal training at IPT Fitness, we are taking the opportunity to expand on our specialist classes, bootcamps, and small group training sessions.
Commencing next week November 11th, we have an over 50s strength training class starting every Friday at 11.15-12:00, instructed by Mase. ‘Over 50’s Strength Training’ will ensure you complete appropriate exercises for your experience, age and goal. Our expert supervision will guarantee the correct load technique in order to reach your goal, and reduce risk of injury.
With a maximum of 6 places in each class, we can cater for varying ability levels. Beginners are most welcome.
Enrolment this class will also include a complimentary home training program to complete outside training sessions. Resistance training should be completed a minimum of 2 times per week.
Cost : £10 per session, or included in our monthly membership deals:
