A unique opportunity to train with professional personal trainers alongside your baby in a low impact, high intensity interval training outdoor class. Located at IPT Fitness outdoor training facility in Eridge Park, Tunbridge Wells, you can relax into your workout with your baby by your side.

Time is not of the essence for a new parent, therefore it is crucial that the workout class you choose is both effective and time efficient. Our workouts are scientifically proven to increase fitness in a short amount of time, boost metabolism, and accelerate fat loss. Rather than counting the steps pushing your buggy around the park, we have selected high intensity cardiovascular equipment that will allow you to work your whole body intensely whilst also being low impact on the joints:

Bespoke Exercise Modality

Pregnancy hormones remain high six months following birth, affecting the muscles and ligaments and potentially increasing the risk of injury. Therefore, we have selected a bespoke exercise modality that will allow you to gain maximum results whilst also being gentle on the joints., therefore it is vital to keep the exercises safe on the joints.  To complement the weekly class, all Buggy-HIIT member will receive complimentary video access to a series of postnatal core training programme specifically designed to rebuild your core strength.

Buggy-HIIT is led by Personal Trainer and IPT Fitness managing director Aimee Leuluniu. Aimee is amongst the most highly qualified and experienced female personal trainers in the UK, holding a degree in Sport & Exercise Sciences from the University of Birmingham, and a Masters degree in Strength & Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh.  Aimee holds a qualification in Postnatal exercise and has worldwide experience of training 500+ clients across 3 continents over the last 15 years, making her the ideal choice for your journey to fitness following birth.

Buggy-HIIT is located in Eridge Park, which is a 9-minute drive south of the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells.  Our outdoor training venue offers plentiful car parking on the doorstep from where you will be training, so you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space.  Our secluded, friendly environment allows you to attend to your own fitness needs whilst also being able to respond to your baby whenever they need you.

T&C’s & Prices

  • All mothers must have completed their 6-week postnatal health check by a GP (12 weeks for caesarian section)
  • Babies of all ages welcome. Whilst exercising, all babies must remain in their buggy. If a baby requires attention, there is lots of open air space to take them for a walk during the session
  • Prices are £10 per session available in block packages of 5 sessions
  • 7-day cancellation policy applies
