Giving up excuses for lent!

Statistics show that the most common things to give up for lent are chocolate, swearing and alcohol. But this year, why not give up the excuses you keep making about getting your aches and pains sorted? If for the last 3 weeks you’ve been telling yourself that “it will be better in the morning”, yet the aches are going nowhere, then this is the time to get it sorted!
Giving up candy and fast food for lent is a valid sacrifice, but would you not benefit more from being pain free?
Lent traditionally starts on Ash Wednesday and lasts for 40 days. Give Osteopathy a chance during this time to ease those aches and pains that may be interfering with your every day life. If osteopathy is new to you, you might be wondering if it’s safe to receive such a treatment. This is the answer: Yes! That’s because it’s delivered by a registered Practioner and risk factors are identified before any treatment is given.

Osteopathy has been proven to be remarkably safe, much safer than taking painkillers or surgery. The Royal College of General Practitioners issued guidelines for GP’s, which recommends manipulation (as performed by osteopaths), for the relief of acute low back pain. We treat a large range of musculoskeletal complaints with great success. Whatever your goals are, achieving them in a healthier, happier body makes it that much easier! Give Cathrine Herrem Osteopathic clinic in the IPT Fitness gym a call, and make this Lent the start of a healthier happier you!
