IPT Fitness client Alex transforms, losing a whopping 17% body fat and building 4kg of muscle over a 8 month period
How we did it
IPT fitness client Alex is beyond recognisable from his baseline photo’s following 8 months in his physical transformation journey.
Alex is enrolled in our monthly personal training option at IPT Fitness. We met once per month to review body composition. Dependant on results we then set new targets for nutrition, and also updated his individual training programme he completed at his own gym out of town.
Alex came to us with the initial goal of muscle mass gain, however we advised a period of fat loss, and to thoroughly nail the weight lifting basics and achieve structural balance for the muscles and joints. I think it is fair to say he has smashed this goal!
