IPT Fitness bootcamp typically includes a mixed circuit of resistance and cardiovascular exercises with both indoor and outdoor options. Our bootcamp workouts are designed to work your whole body, transforming your body composition.

Class Descriptions:
Fat Loss Strength & HIIT Circuits
Compound strength training exercises such as squats, deadlifts, upper body pulls, and presses, are combined with low impact, high intensity cardiovascular exercises (ski ergometer, rower, assault bike, battle ropes, and prowler/sled).
Scientifically proven work/rest ratios are utilised in order to increase metabolism and promote maximum calories burned .
Core & Flexibility
Stretching + Core class designed to increase flexibility of all joints, primarily back, hips, and shoulders. This core workout will strengthen your abdominals to improve your posture, back health, and relieve stress.
Modified Strongman Circuits
Modified strongman exercises are combined to deliver a full body workout and increase strength, improve muscle tone, and promote fat loss. Farmers walks, tyre flips, prowler/sled pull/push, keg runs, log presses, and squat/deadlift/pull/press combinations will be utilised in this workout.
Group personal strength training
Group training workout where we will take the clients through progressive resistance training workouts.
Express 30 minute cardio
Cardiovascular only training session using interval training to increase fitness, and promote burn calories.
BuggyHIIT Bootcamp
Low impact, strength, fitness, and core for parents, children, and babies.
Rugby Fitness
Youth Rugby specific skills and strength and conditioning.
Suitable for ages 11-18, all clubs, positions, & levels.
