Mathew Angus MSc BSc

It was Mat’s desire to improve his own sporting performance for Portsmouth RFC which founded his interest training, resulting in a return to full-time education to study for a BSc in Sports Science specialising in Physical Activity for Health, and ultimately I attained a MSc in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Chichester.

Mat has worked with both professional and aspiring elite athletes; including AFC Bournemouth, The Sutton Tennis Academy, and talented young athletes in rugby, netball and cricket. Mat is currently responsible for delivering the Strength and Conditioning programme at Skinners School.

“To transform potential into excellence underpins my whole approach to training. It is my knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for training which enables my clients to ultimately fulfil their own potential and to attain the highest standard possible.”
