Male city worker sheds inches off his waistline

Client Mike personal fitness transformation

How we did it

IPT fitness client Mike has attended one weekly buddy training session with his wife Kylie, and also is a regular in bootcamp and follows his individual training and nutrition programme.  What stands out about Mike and his outlook to training and nutrition, is the balanced view he has maintained all the way throughout.  No extreme diets or supplements, simply consistency in and out of the gym, which is a breath of fresh air in the fitness industry these days!

In training sessions, kettlebells, strongman, deadlifts…. Mike always gives maximum effort and the result is clear in the change in his physique, not only body composition but also posture and muscle balance.

Well done Mike, we are looking forward to seeing you continue to progress!

Here is what Mike had to say about training with IPT Fitness:

“My wife and I found IPT as we were looking for way to get back into a HIIT style of training that we had not been able to find following our move out of London. Having met Mase & Aimee and experienced their style of training, we loved the energy and the variety they bought and we therefore decided to embark on a programme of PT to really transform the way we approached exercise and nutrition.

Historically, I have always been a little sceptical about the impact PT can have but we have been astounded by the difference it has made.

Each week, I look forward to our training sessions with a mixture of trepidation and anticipation. Mase looks to push you to your limit and perhaps just a little further beyond each time but never too far. You walk away with nothing left to give but absolutely buzzing – isn’t that the essence of a great workout! He has a keen eye for form and technique, thereby re-enforcing good habits. Just seeing the improvements in our postures, technique and strength every week makes us want to work even harder the next. In the end, though, it is about making any change a sustainable one and this is especially true with nutrition, where Aimee has helped us to see how we eat in a new light.

IPT is a part of our lives now and it feels strange if we ever have to miss a session. Many thanks Mase & Aimee – we would not have been able to achieve what we have without your encouragement and support.”
