- 1 x 60 minute personal training session weekly
- 1-2 weekly bootcamp sessions
- Testing nutrition sessions every 3 weeks

Here is what Tim had to say about training with IPT Fitness:
“Looking back to when I started training at IPT (May 2016) I wasn’t really sure what to expect from personal training; all I knew was I needed help as I’d had a couple of recent failed attempts at keeping up gym memberships, due to lack of motivation.
In the meantime, over the last few years, due to general work stresses and a busy home life, with two children under three, my fitness was at a all time low and both my waistline and body weight were increasing rapidly. Having done a little bit of research on local personal trainers I decided to go and see Aimee and Mase at IPT Fitness.
Almost immediately I knew I’d made a good decision as they were so welcoming and friendly.
Since then my training routine has been one hour long PT session a week with Mase and Mat’s Tuesday night boot camps, along with periodic testing and nutrition advice from Aimee. The training has been varied with plenty of motivation so that I pushed myself to get the most out of each and every session. This was the basis of a constant programme that has allowed me to make what has been ultimately a full lifestyle change and not just a quick fix.
