I have been training with Aimee for the past three months and have found her to be of a very pleasant disposition with a very good knowledge of her field. She has always been helpful in sharing information and it is through her that I have been introduced to kettle bells. Although not a personal favourite of mine, there is no denying the benefits of kettle bells in my training regime. I feel much fitter and stronger and will miss Aimee in this discipline at least.
Aimee’s training methods including interval training (Tabata), etc, have worked for me and I have definitely lost inches and feel and look much better than I did before the training with her. I only wish we could have continued for longer but wish her continued success in all her future endeavours.
