The concept of Kettle Bells was new to City Fitness Gyms. The following of Kettle Bells grew so quickly that Aimee had to devise a group concept training process to cater for groups of up to six at any one time. Personally I was having difficulties with injuries and stiffness so I decided to participate in a group Kettle Balls training programme.
I gained maximum benefits from Aimees knowledge of biomechanics that the Kettle Bells, along with a personalised training programme for me have provided a boost to my overall fitness and a reduction in stiffness and an increase in my overall flexibility. I now no longer use my inhalers to do any cardio vascular exercise and I no longer have problems with my shoulders which have caused problems for a long time. I am extremely grateful to Aimee for her help in these areas.
