I have spent last three months training with Aimee, having a half hour session weekly and joining her kettle bell classes on occasion. I am overwhelmed with the progress I have made with both my cardiovascular fitness and strength. This I attribute to Aimee’s direction and encouragement. Having been a member of City Fitness for eighteen months prior to training with Aimee I was reaching a point where motivation was lacking and the personal training sessions I was having were not exciting or motivating.

When the personal trainer I had left I contacted a number of others, I was very impressed at the quick and friendly response I received from Aimee.

At our first meeting I quickly became enthused about starting training with her.

Aimee has incredible dedication to her clients and her organisation is to be admired. The weekly email schedule is impressive.

The sessions with Aimee are hard but fun the sense of personal satisfaction I have after each one is great having achieved things I didn’t think I could.

I am very sorry to be loosing Aimee as a personal trainer as I am sure my own fitness goals would have been exceeded with her guidance and help.

I would and have recommended Aimee to anyone searching for a personal trainer, however warn them that they must be prepared to push themselves but guarantee them they will see results.”
