New Class timetable at IPT Fitness

New for September we are excited to announce the addition of various classes and a new class timetable.
At IPT Fitness we pride ourselves on the ability to utilise our gym space and expertise and meet the goals, and training needs, of a variety of clients.

Outdoor Bootcamp

Bootcamp style workout outdoor in our covered training barn.  Involves dumbells, kettlebells, battleropes, and HIIT cardio kit (rower/ski erg/assault bike)

INDOOR STRENGTH & HIIT CIRCUITS

45 minute workout utilising a strength training circuit of compound resistance training exercises with HIIT cardiovascular exercises.

Cardio, Core, and stretch

A small group training class following a progressive low impact cardio programme followed by a 15 minute core strengthening circuit and full body stretch.

Group strength training

45 Minute workout focusing on key compound lifts and strongman cardio in a group setting (Bench press, Pull ups, Deadlifts, Squats, Prowler / sled pull / battleropes, Kettlebells).

Group Strength PT

45 Minute workout building on a progressive monthly programme in small setting on the top 4 lifts and their accessories. (Bench press, Pull ups, Deadlifts, Squats).

BuggyHIIT Bootcamp

A unique opportunity to train with professional personal trainers alongside your baby in a low impact, high intensity interval training outdoor class. Located at IPT Fitness outdoor training facility in Eridge Park, Tunbridge Wells, you can relax into your workout with your baby by your side.

Rugby Fitness

  • Rugby specific Strength & Conditioning
  • Power, speed, and agility
  • Nutrition and training for position dependant muscular size
  • Pre-habilitation/rehabilitation exercises
  • Develop cardiovascular energy systems appropriate for the sport of rugby
  • Rugby skills training: tackling, passing, tips for forwards, field attacking, and defend body positions in contact

Youth S&C Multi Sports

  • A 60 minute group training session for youth sports persons aged 12-17.  The session will focus on :
  • Sport specific strength and conditioning
  • Power, speed, and agility

Zone workout

Independent unsupervised gym workout in one of our dedicated training zones. Workouts are available 6am – 10pm 7 days per week.  We devise you an individualised programme tailored to your goals, ability, fitness, and weekly programming considerations.
